Refund policy
Stickers/cards:
I provide refunds on products that arrive damaged or are not as shown, a picture may be requested to process your return. Returns can take 3 to 5 business days depending on your banking organization. If your order does not arrive I will replace or provide a refund based on your preference but can only mail a replacement 14 days after shipping date as mail shipped with a stamp as most of my orders are can take this long to arrive.
Mugs/shirts/household items:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production partners facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
