Shipping

Q: How long does it usually take to ship my order. 

A: 2 to 7 business day. Time depends on how many orders we have at a time. I make all cards to order and do my best to ship as quickly as possible. Sometimes if I get a lot of orders at one time it can take a few days to work through them. Custom orders are longer depending on size of order and current queue.

Q: How are your orders shipped?

A: I ship tracked packages with Chitchats (6 to 8 business days) and untracked orders in the letter mail with a stamp. These orders have no tracking an usually take 7 to 14 days to arrive. 

NOTE ABOUT TRACKNG UPDATES

Some customers have reported not getting an email with tracking info. If your order is more ten 7 business days old and yo have not gotten tracking info - please open your Order confirmation and click View your order to access the order status page, tracking will show here if available.

Q: I saw an item on the store previously that is no longer available, will it be restocked? 

A: Possibly. Our items are all hand made and rely heavily on found items from local retailers in our area. With this in mind, items that have worked well for me in the past are often repurchased and well no two products are ever exactly the same, I would definitely be willing to make another copy of something upon request. Requests can be made via the contact us forum at the top of the site.
